Wedding in Florida
Getting Married In Florida Can Be A Dream Come True
My Family lives in Florida, in the Miami area actually, and I can honestly say that the great state of Florida is truly a paradise. I can think of no better place in the world to get married. If you have been there, or live there then you know what Iím talking about. If not, then let me paint a picture. Think of every beautiful picture of the Caribbean you have ever seen with the white sandy beaches and crystal clear blue waters, soft tropical breezes and no cares in the world. That is what it is like to visit Florida. If you are getting married and can not stomach a possible 8 to 10 hour flight to Hawaii, but still want the tropic backdrop, then go to Florida.
The entire south east coast is like a dream land. From West Palm Beach to Key West. So if a beach wedding is right up your alley then you have arrived. If you actually live near or in the city if Miami there are virtually hundreds of wedding planning companies and locations to choose from. I would suggest checking out a site called ìThe Knot,î as in tying the knot. It literally lists every incredible place to get married in the greater Miami and South Beach area. Most if not all of the major hotels are excellent places for planning and having your wedding. The bigger ones are literally right on the beach. Of course your special ceremony could actually be on the beach too. Iíd like to suggest something if I might. One thing makes Miami special when compared to other American cities at night the entire lights up its building and hotels in a beautiful array of colors.
So if you can try and get married right at sunset, it is truly heaven on Earth at that time. If you life further south, or would like a more quite and intimate setting then might I suggest Key West Florida. I have found without a doubt that the Key West Marriot Beach Side Hotel is second to none when it comes to wedding planning and excellence. Their attention to detail is unbelievable. Plus like Miami, you can get married right on the beach. They also handle all the fine dinning for the entire wedding party, the ballroom seats several thousand, and the chef has won many awards in culinary excellence. There is even a helicopter pad if the bride and groom wish to make a grand entrance or leave to fly to one of the nearby islands for the perfect honeymoon. I have to say if you plan to get married, but can not afford to fly to some far off country, then get married in Florida and maybe jet down to the Caribbean for your honeymoon. As they say in the commercials, its better in the Bahamas!
